Stephanie strives to lead her team to provide the highest quality service possible for young children and their families.

Educational Director, Speech Language Pathologist
Melissa is an owner of North Country Kids, as well as a Speech Language Pathologist with an extensive background in working with young children and their families. Areas of specialty including feeding delays and disorders, Autism, and Apraxia. She shares her expertise and years of experience with co-workers and new staff.
Kelly McCauley
Clinical Director, Behavior Analyst, Speech Language Pathologist
Kelly is an expert in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder and oversees the programming in the self-contained classrooms. She develops and implements ABA programs and provides ongoing training to our providers on the latest research based techniques to best help children meet their full potential.
